Dan Meredith is a genius. Flat out. I have never met someone who is so unabashedly themselves in business. He is funny, witty, generous, and EXTREMELY knowledgeable of all things business.

Dan Meredith is a British entrepreneur who, in his own words, is rather puzzled by his own success. Owing a fully automated fitness business, a best selling book, a successful agency, a suite of digital products, is an international speaker, and ‘ridiculous human’.
Daily he leads over 5000 entrepreneurs in ‘Coffee With Dan’ and is constantly pushing the limits of business, coaching and his sanity all in the effort to get people to stop wasting their lives and get more shit done!
What does IMPACT mean to you?
Well I used to play rugby, and enjoy boxing some for me I quite enjoy impact! However as I’m trying not to be a tool, I will use them in my analogy. Nothing good comes without some blood, sweat and tears – and impact (on a culture, society or business landscape) – comes from applied, EFFORT.
Impact requires force, and you have to force yourself to change, to get out of your comfort zone, to grow; so you in turn can change others – thus creating an impact.
I will admit I am trying to sound smart with what I just said….
What gives you the drive/passion to do what you do? In other words, what is your WHY?
My sister, and the folks. My sister was born with epilepsy – and unfortunately had a bad fit as a little one, and ended up with brain damage.
I have always known that when Mum & Dad pass away, I want to be in a position to ensure she is cared for and I also want to repay my parents back for being bloody awesome!
I probably should do a more ‘entrepreneurial’ one as well; so how about this:
Change 1,000,000 lives with my ‘stuff’, live on a massive shiny boat with a jet ski on it and I dunno, cure the world of all the illnesses or something
Yep, that will do.
HOW do you get your mission out into the world?
By being a relentless tart! I travel the world, I make the effort to meet as many people as I can and always strive to add value. I am constantly creating content for free in ‘Coffee With Dan’, in my membership and coaching groups, writing books, recording podcasts, relentlessness posting on social media and speaking engagements.
I would probably turn up to the opening of a packet for crisps…
What advice would you give your 20 year old self?
Firstly a ‘faux-hawk’ haircut, diamanté encrusted t-shirt and that ridiculous beard really aren’t doing you justice…however with my sensible hat on for a fraction of a second; I would simply stay:
Stop being so afraid.
Like seriously, you little plum – you keep thinking bad stuff is going to happen to you. It rarely does. Clip on a pair and just give it a go!
What one trait do you most value in people?
What is your favorite word?
What was your first concert?
Metallica – it was amazing! Apparently they used 4-5lbs of plastic explosives in the concert, was pure theatre with people on fire, and falling of the lighting rig. It was ace.
I got a t-shirt too and saw a man pee on the floor then pass out into the puddle. Good times.
If you were stuck on an island with three people, who would they be and why?
Right well I’m stuck with the buggers, right?
I’m going to go with Bear Grylls because quite frankly – why would you NOT have bear Grylls.
The other two?
Well, he can bring his wife and I’ll have a lady (TBC – applications welcomed) because quite frankly there is no way I could go without a woman in my life for that long, and I’m not sharing so Bear can bring his lady too.
Either that, or 3 dogs…because dogs are brilliant.
